HEALTHY FOOD

 THERE are many popular vegetables that were part of our daily life style but now we forgot those greenery. These are very good for our health as these vegetable are full of nutrition. They can be grown in our gardens or also where the land is not used. Mostly in villages the vegetables are the part of the life style. Each monsoon is the time when the seeds where planted  in the "BARIES". This makes food as well as health and also saves cost of leaving in the modern expensive age.

As we all know the benefits of the vegetables but not much dedicated for this regularly. The olden people are mostly dependent on these  and they were more fit then us. With the time we changed we gave more priority to the taste rather than health and fitness. Taking green vegetables prevents us form various diseases and also responsible for building immunity. They improve the blood quality and give you a moisturized skin.
